Emotify
Samsung has a plethora of consumer electronic products that range from smart phones, to wearables to household appliances to the internet of things. Within the smart phones domain the mobile phones that the company manufactures ranges from hi-end galaxy devices to the low end phones for emerging markets. This project was part of designing experiences for the needs of emerging markets in India under the ‘Make for India’ Initiative.
Designing an experience for Samsung devices that would come bundled with the J series with keeping the emerging young Indian Market in mind in tier 2 and 3 cities in 2018. For perspective the J and M series are mid tier smartphones.
My key contributions include:
1. Lead a team of 3 designers

3. Understanding Goals and Objectives and Defining Success Metrics
4. Conducting Secondary Research
5. Problem Framing.
6. Conduct Ideation workshops with the design and development team.
7. Refine the Idea

10. Coordinate with Team Mobigraph for avatar design assets.
11. Define parameters for the user testing and conduct them

13. Cater to Samsung App store requirements from design.
Impact
This product helped raise a massive second round of funding for the startup and had a NPS of (+80), with a task success rate of 85%, reduced error rate of 80% and reduced time on task to an average of 3 mintues.
Impact
The project became one of the USPs (unique selling points) for the phone.
For this project we also recieved the Samsung Citizen Award - Q3 2018 (Group Excellence Award)
That quarter the M series and J series phones sales rose up by 15 percent which improved retention rate of 15%
SAP S/4HANA CLOUD - Showroom and Configurator
Context
Current sales process of S/4HANA Public Cloud is cumbersome with lengthy Powerpoint presentations, and online experiences where the customers can easily get lost.
The DDA exists to help customers find the right configuration to tools for their business, but it requires for the customer to correctly understand the SAP solutions for each LoB (Line of Business) and immense effort to select the appropriate "scope items" (over 650). How can we figure out a way to change this and provide a digital solution for a much easier, less time and money consuming method to provide relevant information to buyers and in turn help scale the adoption of S4Hana Cloud and SAP cloud solutions.
The Goal was to :
1.Simplify the customer experience,
2. Maintain the focus and accelerate the learning curve of SAP capabilities.
3. Show the innovation spirit of SAP
My key contributions include :
1. Conducting Secondary Research (of SAP porfolio : DDA Flow, Procure to Pay Process, Record to report process, Value Journey )
2. Conducting Expert interviews and Synthesising of results
3. Created the User Journey Maps, User Flows and the Information architecture

5. Built User Interface design using the existing design system while also making additions to it.

With this project I helped display the innovation spirit of the team and helped bring the team`s innovative spirit and out of the box thinking into the limelight.

Social Camera
I was onboarded to the Social camera team to work on the interaction design in 2017. The team was working on a novel way to engage with the Samsung native camera app. More details on the app can be found here

SAP Analytics Cloud Viewer
In the month of October 2023, I got the opportunity to create an app for the Apple vision Pro. The Vision pro was going to be released in America in February 2024. We have tight deadlines and we had the hi-fidelity designed, tested and developed by January , as they also had to be reviewed by Apple. The team comprised of 2 designers ,1 PM and 4 developers.
